Our policy is to ensure that all products are well described, match their description in every way, and are supplied in good condition. Dimensions and performance may slightly vary from manufacturers specification and bushes may need changing or modifying. If you are in ANY DOUBT WHATSOEVER regarding the suitability of these products for your machine you are advised to fit original manufactured equipment obtainable from a franchised dealer. Should customers have any reason to complain about our products or services they are asked to do so directly to Bike Revival immediately the cause of their complaint is experienced.

Prices and Payment

All prices quoted are fully inclusive of standard UK carriage and VAT. There are no further charges unless the delivery address is outside of the UK standard charge area. Prices may be changed from time to time at our discretion. We accept payment by credit or debit card, or by cheque. Please note that your credit card statement will show a payment made to MAW Solutions Ltd (BIKE REVIVAL is our trading name), and cheques should be made payable to MAW Solutions Ltd.

Availability and Delivery

We recognise an obligation to supply only when we have explicitly accepted an order. Items may not be in stock and there may be a delay between order and despatch and if this applies it will be advised when we confirm the order. When all payment has been received by us, items will be despatched by carrier or post. The customer is responsible for providing the address to which delivery can be made by our carriers between 9 am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays inclusive, and in the event that the carrier cannot satisfactorily deliver to the address advised by the customer all additional charges to exceptionally deliver or return the goods shall be met by the customer. The customer is responsible also for the accuracy of the delivery address and we will not pay any costs arising from undelivered returns caused by errors or inaccuracies in the delivery address provided by the customer. Customers must notify us immediately when goods are not received by UK customers within 2 working days from despatch, and 7 working days from despatch to elsewhere, otherwise we cannot accept responsibility for non delivered items after this time. Standard delivery aims for next day but this is not guaranteed. If guaranteed delivery is required it must be requested at the time of order and extra charges will apply.


If upon delivery any item is found to be damaged we must be notified immediately and the customer must not sign for them, or otherwise accept them in any way, as being satisfactory. We will not be responsible for items found to be damaged after having been previously accepted by the customer as satisfactory upon delivery. Damaged goods may need to be returned to us in which case they must be returned exactly as received by the customer. Damaged goods will be replaced or rectified at our expense subject to correct notification as described above. Should a customer receive goods not as ordered they must be returned to us exactly as supplied and this means in an 'as new' condition, unopened and unused. We will reimburse all costs in full. Should a customer receive a delivery that is correct as ordered but wishes to return goods for exchange or refund the customer must advise us of this wish within 14 days of despatch and the cost of return is at the customers expense. We will refund in full the product purchase price including VAT less carriage costs and any credit card charges providing the items are returned exactly as supplied by us in the first instance. They must be returned complete, unopened, and unused and in an 'as new' condition in all respects including the packaging. Should they not be returned in an 'as new' condition we will make a deduction equivalent to their loss of market value but not less than 20% of the purchase price plus VAT, and if in our opinion condition is such that resale is improbable we reserve the right to refuse any refund or credit. Goods specially ordered in by us, and not normal stock items, cannot be returned unless faulty.


Unless otherwise specifically stated in product literature or elsewhere all items are warranted against faulty workmanship or materials used in their manufacture for a period from the date of purchase of 6 months for MDI, Wassell and other products in the Economy ranges, 24 months for Hagon, M-Shock, Nitron and Fournales products, 5 years for Wilbers products (subject to conditions) and 12 months for all other products. Standard duty shock absorbers are designed to accommodate bike loads up to 200lbs and occasional pillion or luggage weight. Customers should note that rider weight in excess of 200lbs, or regular pillion use may invalidate the warranty unless the shock absorber is specifically sold as a heavy duty unit. The full extent of our liability for any loss or damage experienced by the customer is to refund the full price paid, including carriage and VAT, or replace or repair the product(s) we supplied at no additional charge. Parts supplied by us should always be fitted by competent, qualified persons. We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage of any kind incurred by the customer, or third parties, arising from the use of our products however caused. If asked, we may give an opinion regarding the installation of our products that goes beyond the application advice from the original manufacturer, but we are not liable for this advice nor any work carried out in conjunction with the installation of our products that is additional to, and not directly part of, the fitting of the products we supplied. Specialist technical advice should be obtained if you are in any doubt regarding installation.


We do not sell our products in Canada or the USA due to limitations on our business insurance, and we do not authorise re-selling of our products in those markets. English law applies at all times including on sales despatched outside the UK.
